Graphicor produced the State of the Cities Report 2006 for South African Cities Network, and below is a client letter of appreciation.

The report is divided into six easy-to-read chapters. The topics dealt with discuss the dynamics of the urban system.

Chapter 2 argues that we live in an increasingly urban age - and that the majority of people worldwide will soon be living in cities. Nowadays, cities drive economic growth just as much as countries.

In chapter 3, urban performance focuses on the nine South African Cities Network member cities.

Urban strategies highlights what different cities have tried to do in addressing the challenges of city management and development. This topic is dealt with in
Chapter 4.

Chapter 5 examines strategic agendas of national government and how these will influence South Africa's cities over the next five years.

My sincere appreciation for the hard and last minute effort in the presentation slides and Flash operated diagram for our annual report. The presentation went very well without a hitch and was well received.
